ORIGIN: Vila de Frades, Alentejo.

VARIETIES: Alfrocheiro, Trincadeira, Alicante Bouschet.

HARVEST: Old vines whose grape varieties are mixed, we can count more than 10 in them.

VINIFICATION: Genuine production of carved wine. This ancestral production technique is still evident today in Vila de Frades.

WINEMAKERS: Teresa Caeiro | Arlindo Ruivo

HARMONIZATION: Ideal with meat roasts or mushroom risotto. The ideal service temperature is between 16ºC and 17ºC.

Tasting Notes Light ruby color, with fruit and earthy aromas. Coming from the carvings, minerality is the watchword in the description of this wine, which combined with the freshness of the red fruit and its good acidity create a harmonious wine as a whole. Alcohol content (%Vol.): 14.5%.
