VARIETIES:<\/strong> 70% Pinot Noir, of which 6% red wine, 30% Chardonnay.<\/p>\n

VINIFICATION: <\/strong>More than 50 amphoras are now dedicated to the vinification and ageing of Dame-Jane. The famous turries (medium capacity container, exclusively made of sandstone) of Damghan, a small Persian town on the Silk Road, now watch over the treasure of the house. Aged for at least 3 years on lees. 100% raised in sandstone amphora.<\/p>\n

VINEYARD:<\/strong> Goddess of fertility, a terracotta statuette from the end of prehistory, Dame-Jane symbolizes their link to the earth and the origin of wine. Raising a great ros\u00e9 champagne in terracotta is not common.<\/p>\n

Aroma dominated by red fruit: burlat, reverchon, cherry. Os famosos turries (...), s\u00e3o aqui usados para proteger o tesouro do Domaine. Totalmente vinificado em \u00e2nfora e estagiado pelo menos tr\u00eas anos sur lies<\/i>.<\/p>\r\n

VINHA: <\/strong>Dame-Jane, deusa da fertilidade, a estatueta de terracota do final da pr\u00e9-hist\u00f3ria, simboliza a nossa liga\u00e7\u00e3o com a terra e a origem do vinho. Elegante e com sensa\u00e7\u00e3o crocante, marcada pelo ataque fresco de boa acidez. Fruta vibrante em equil\u00edbrio com a frescura que quase se consegue tocar. A cor \u00e9 de um bonito e brilhante ros\u00e9. O aroma evidencia fruta vermelha lembrando essencialmente cerejas. Os taninos aveludados mostram alguma estrutura promovida pela battonage<\/i> das borras.
