ORIGIN: Alentejo, the sub-region of Vidigueira.
VARIETIES: 100% Syrah.
HARVEST: Manual harvest for 12kg boxes, held in august 2021.
VINIFICATION: Cooling the grapes in a cold room for 24 hours at 10ºC. Manual selection on a vibrating sorting table, followed by crushing in a closed and inert press, with temperature control. Fermentation in stainless steel and aging in new 300L French oak barrels for 8 months, followed by aging in the bottle.
PAIRING: Pairs ideally with salad and pasta dishes.
Tasting Notes: Salmon color with reddish reflections. Exuberant aroma of red fruit, especially raspberry. In the mouth it is complex and mineral, with a notable freshness. Broad and tasty finish.
