ORIGIN: Champagne, França
VARIETIES: 80% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay
VINIFICATION: Maison Henri Giraud decided to give a new dimension to Perpetual Reserve, adding a touch of Aÿ Grand Cru AOC red wine – thus PR Rosé was born, revealing the true identity of a terroir wine. Perpetual Reserve represents the suspension of time and space, where complexity, fruit and spirituality intertwine with subtle notes of orange blossom, permeated by nuances of chalk and bitter minerality. A wine that channels fantastic energy, born from the fusion of two Champagne terroirs, one hundred million years old – the chalk of Aÿ and the chalk of Argonne – creating a long saline river, perfumed with subtle aromas.
VINEYARD: Coming from the limestone soils of the south, in Aÿ, free from the usual clichés, limestone is a path of humility so discreet that it is forgotten, and so present that it transmits strength and life.
