ORIGIN: Alentejo, the sub-region of Vidigueira.
VARIETIES: 100% Arinto.
HARVEST: Manual harvest for 12kg boxes, held in August 2021.
VINIFICATION: Cooling the grapes in a cold room for 24 hours to 10ºC. Manual selection on a vibrating sorting table, followed by crushing in a closed and inert press, with temperature control. Partial fermentation in new 500-liter French oak barrels, where it ages for 8 months, followed by aging in the bottle.
PAIRING: Ideal with fish and seafood dishes.
Tasting Notes: Citrine color, clear and bright. Nose of mineral matrix, with striking notes of lemon and green apple. In the mouth it reveals a creamy texture, with good acidity to balance the whole.
