ORIGIN: Alentejo, the sub-region of Vidigueira.
VARIETIES: 70% Arinto, 30% Alvarinho.
HARVEST: Manual harvest for 12kg boxes during the early hours of the morning.
VINIFICATION: Cooling of grapes in a refrigerated chamber at 10ºC for 24 hours. Manual selection on a vibrating sorting table, followed by destemming and ligth crushing. 48 hours of tanning in a stainless steel press at 16ºC. Individual fermentation of each variety in new 500L French oak barrels in cellars with controlled temperatures. Following the alcoholic fermentation process, the wine is then aged for eigth months on fine lees (sur lies) with periodic battônages. Aged for another 18-months in the bottle.

HARMONIZATION: Ideal with rich fish and seafood dishes. Perfect accompaniment to various cod dishes and soft cheeses.
TASTING NOTES Greenish yellow in colour. The aroma is very rich, with ripe fruit, mineral matrix and smoked wood in the background. To the mouth, there is remarkable precision, excellent in the volume, tension, structure and acidity that ensure good progression in the bottle.
