ORIGIN: Monção e Melgaço, Vinho Verde.

HARVEST: Manual harvest in 20kg boxes during the night and morning, taking advantage of the mild temperatures.
VINIFICATION: Cold decantation for 48 hours. Fermentation with selected yeasts from the region at 14-16ºC for 6 weeks in small tanks of 1500 to 3000 liters. For 24 months in contact with the fine lees in small tanks of 1500 to 3000 liters with periodic battonage and controlled temperature, followed by bottling and a period of aging in the bottle for several months.
HARMONIZATION: Ideal to accompany Roasted fish and white meat, seafood, Asian food, ham, soft cheeses. Serve at 12ºC to consume at 14ºC.
TASTING NOTES Straw color with golden highlights. Delicate aroma with the genuine expression of the Alvarinho from Monção and Melgaço. Lychee and truffle notes at the end. The flavor is sustained by its liveliness, rich and elegant, imposing itself by its persistence. Alcohol content (%Vol.): 12.9%
