ORIGIN: Monção e Melgaço, Vinho Verde.
VARIETIES: 100% Alvarinho.
HARVEST: Manual harvest in 20kg boxes during the night and morning, taking advantage of the mild temperatures.
VINIFICATION: Cold decantation for 48 hours. Fermentation with selected yeasts from the region at 14-16ºC for 6 weeks in small tanks of 1500 to 3000 liters. For 6 months in contact with the fine lees in small tanks of 1500 to 3000 liters with periodic battonage and controlled temperature followed by bottling and aging for 6 months in bottle.
HARMONIZATION: Ideal to accompany seafood and fish, Asian food, soft cheeses… Serve at 10ºC to consume at 12ºC.
TASTING NOTES Citrus color with greenish reflections. Very ripe peach aroma with slight minerality. Elegant taste with structure and harmony with a long and seductive finish. Alcohol content (%Vol.): 13%
