ORIGIN: Alentejo, the sub-region of Vidigueira.
VARIETIES: 50% Alicante Bouschet, 30% Touriga Nacional e 20% Cabernet Sauvignon.
HARVEST: Manual harvest for 12kg boxes.
VINIFICATION: Manual selection on a vibrating sorting table, followed by destemming and light crushing. Cold pre-fermentative maceration for 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature. Aging for 12 months in new oak barrels of 300 and 500L.

HARMONIZATION: Accompanies with traditional meat dishes of Portuguese cuisine, hunting dishes, and cheeses with intense flavor.
TASTING NOTES: Deep and concentrated ruby color. Aroma marked by fresh red fruit, some floral, balsamic and roasting notes. Good structure and volume in the mouth, fine tannin, good acidity to balance and give persistence in the aftertaste. Alcohol Content (% vol.): 14.7%
