100% Touriga Nacional (2019)

ORIGIN: Alentejo, the sub-region of Vidigueira.

VARIETIES: 100% Touriga Nacional.

HARVEST: Manual harvest for 12kg boxes, held in august 2019.

VINIFICATION: Cooling the grapes in a cold room for 24H to 10ºC. Manual selection on a vibrating sorting table, followed by direct vacuum pressing, with the entire grape, Blanc de Noirs technique. Cold settling the grape must for 48 hours. Fermentation in 500L french used oak barrels. It aged for 10 months on lees.

HARMONIZATION: Ideal with of seafood, asian food and grilled fish.

Tasting Notes: Salmon color. Aroma of a delicated floral fruit, mineral and light toasted notes. In the mouth it is full of texture and elegance. The excellent acidity gives it freshness. Juicy and pleasent finish. Alcohol content (% VOL.): 11.9%.
