ORIGIN: Alentejo, the sub-region of Vidigueira.

VARIETIES: 100% Baga.

HARVEST: Manual harvest for 12kg boxes, held in august 2020.

VINIFICATION: Cooling the grapes in a cold room for 24H to 10ºC. Manual selection on a vibrating sorting table, followed by direct vacuum pressing, with the entire grape, Blanc de Noirs technique. Cold settling the grape must for 48 hours. Fermentation in 500L french used oak barrels. It aged for 10 months on lees.

HARMONIZATION: Ideal with of seafood, asian food and grilled fish.

Tasting Notes: Pale salmon color. The aroma features delicate floral fruit, wild berries, peach and a slight mineral note. In the mouth it is full of texture and elegance, the excellent acidity gives it freshness and persistence. Ends juicy and pleasurable.
