ORIGIN: Alentejo, the sub-region of Vidigueira.

VARIETIES: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.

HARVEST: Manual harvest for 12kg boxes, held in September 2020.

VINIFICATION: Manual selection on a vibrating sorting table, followed by destemming and light crushing. Cold pre-fermentative maceration for 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature. After pressing, the wine is racking to 300 and 500L french oak barrels, where it undergoes malolactic fermentation and ages for another 12 months.

HARMONIZATION: Accompanies with meat and fish dishes of traditional Portuguese cuisine, hunting dishes and cheeses with intense flavor.

Tasting Notes: Dark and intense ruby ​​color. Aromas of ripe black and red fruit, light pepper, in perfect integration with the toasted notes from the aging in wood. In the mouth it is wide, deep and fresh, with an excellent structure of tannins, firm but polished, and a long and persistent finish. Alcohol Content (%vol.): 14.5%
