ORIGIN: Pocinho, the sub region of Douro Superior.
VARIETIES: Tinta Roriz, Touriga Nacional and Touriga Francesa.
HARVEST: Manual harvest.
VINIFICATION: Destemming and light crushing, followed by thermal shock to 18oC through mass exchanger. Cold pre-fermentative maceration for 36 a 48H. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature.
WINEMAKERS: Pedro Branco
HARMONIZATION: Ideal with white meat dishes, mediterranean food in general and soft cheeses.
Tasting Notes: Ruby color. Aroma of red and blue fruits. Round and balanced mouth tasting. Alcohol content (% VOL.): 14%.
