ORIGIN: Alijó, Vila verde.
VARIETIES: Field Blend.
HARVEST: Manual harvest carried out in September 2017 in a traditional vineyard over 60 years old, with an altitude of 750m.
VINIFICATION: Manual harvesting for 20kg boxes. The grapes were carefully selected on the table of choice and then went to the vertical press with whole bunch. Fermentation is carried out in two 225L french oak barrels. It ended with fermentation and 11 months aging in new french oak barrels.
WINEMAKER: Pedro Branco
HARMONIZATION: Ideal with delicate fish and seafood dishes, its acidity and greasiness goes well with white meat dishes, as well as sushi. Excellent company for any leisure time. The ideal service temperature is between 11ºC and 14ºC.
