ORIGIN: Pocinho, the sub region of Douro Superior.

VARIETIES: Rabigato, Códega do Larinho and Arinto.

HARVEST: Manual harvest.

VINIFICATION: Destemming and light crushing, followed by thermal shock to 10oC through mass exchanger. Pneumatic pressing, followed by cold static settling for 24H. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature.

WINEMAKERS: Pedro Branco

HARMONIZATION: Ideal with seafood, fish dishes, asian food, salads, pasta or as an aperitif.

Tasting Notes: Citrine color with greenish tinges. Aroma of tropical and white fruit pulp. In the mouth it is fruity and fresh with persistent finish. Alcohol content (% VOL.): 12,5%.
