ORIGIN: Planalto de Alijó, Douro

VARIETIES: Gouveio, Rabigato, Arinto, Viosinho e Dozelinho.

HARVEST: Manual harvest held in September 2017, at the top with an altitude of 550m to 650m, and aged between 10 and 20 years.

VINIFICATION: Manual harvesting for 20kg boxes. The grapes were carefully selected on the selection table and then destemmed. Fermentation made in used 225 liter french oak barrels with temperature control and indigenous yeasts. Finished with fermentation and 11 months aging in french oak barrels (225L).

WINEMAKER: Pedro Branco

HARMONIZATION: Ideal with fish and seafood dishes, grilled meats and medium-intensity cheeses. Excellent company for any leisure time. The ideal service temperature is between 10ºC and 14ºC.

Tasting Notes Aroma of white pulp fruit, with light floral notes and in perfect balance with the notes of the barrel. In the mouth it is complex, balanced, fruity and with a long and fresh finish. Alcohol content (% VOL.): 13%
